This year, we're offering our 'cue lovers the option to purchase a FastPass for either Saturday or Sunday.  This means shorter lines and less wait time between you and your favorite rack o' ribs. Each FastPass includes a $100 value redeemable for food, beverages and merchandise and guarantees exclusive access to express lines for the FastPass holder and one guest on the chosen day only.



New to the Big Apple Barbecue Block Party this year is the Weber Grilling School. Learn how to grill the perfect summer dish with Weber Grill Master Kevin Kolman. Weber will be hosting three grilling classes on both Saturday and Sunday at 10AM, 12PM, and 2PM. Each class will allow attendees a chance to “test drive” a Weber grill and will provide unique grilling techniques to make everyone a backyard hero. Class options include Grilled Steak Tacos with Fresh Guacamole or French Toast with Grilled Fruit. Tickets available while supplies last for $30.



Buy a Mad Sq ParkPass for a unique and priceless way to experience Big Apple Barbecue Block Party. This limited-issue pass helps raise funds for the Madison Square Park Conservancy, the not-for-profit organization that maintains Madison Square Park as a vibrant public space. Each Mad Sq ParkPass includes access for the pass holder to a special VIP hospitality tent in the park, with seating, a barbecue buffet from the pitmasters, desserts and beverages. The ParkPass is $500 (all but $100 is tax-deductible) and all proceeds directly support Madison Square Park. Only 30 passes are available, so act soon! You've heard of chopped and pulled, but have you ever tried shucked? As a ticketholder for the exclusive Alabama Gulf Seafood No Bone Zone, you'll get your chance, as well as find some of the best culinary contributions the Deep South has to offer. From 4pm-6pm, 100 guests will enjoy live oyster shucking from the experts at Wintzell's Oyster House--a local seafood shrine in Alabama--and take home a bottle of their legendary Shuck’n N Jive’n Hot Sauce. Guests can sample a diver’s dozen (13) Alabama Gulf oysters and taste Wintzell's world-famous Marinated Seafood Martini, all directly sourced from Alabama Gulf waters.
